Global Village prepares students for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The Test measures the ability of non-native speakers of English to use and understand North American English at a higher education level.

Most people who take the TOEFL test are planning to study at colleges and universities in the United States and Canada. In addition, many places of employment, government agencies, scholarship programmes, and licensing/certification agencies use TOEFL scores to evaluate English proficiency.

TOEFL Course information 2012

• The TOEFL Preparation course consists of 20 General English group lessons + 10 Mini Group lessons per week.

• Each lesson = 45 minutes.

• TOEFL  Preparation 4 weeks.

• Placement test.

• Daily homework.

• Use of Self-Study Centre.

• Exam Practice Test.

• Mock Test.

• Individual progress reports.

• Certificate of course completion.

• Minimum age 18 (unless specified).
  

The test fee for the TOEFL iBT is in the region of USD 150.00. All bookings for the test must be done in advance on the website www.ets.org before the registration deadline. Global Village English Centre is unable to accept TOEFL iBT test bookings directly. Register early as test centres fill up quickly!!
