Kids Club Course
Outline
This fun
course is designed for 7 - 11 year olds. The emphasis is
on spoken and communication activities.
The programme will also include :-
-
Vocabulary Building Lessons ; theme based activities
on key topics such as pets, clothes people wear,
jobs, the environment, colours, numbers and the
alphabet
-
Basic Grammar ; taught through activities and
games which use language productively.

DVD/Film and short listening texts in English;
please note that max. one film is shown each week.

Songs in English :- a variety of songs and lessons
based around music are used as this is effective in
teaching younger learners.

Projects and Posters: these will be based on the
interests of the students and may vary depending on
the ages in the class. Vocabulary and grammar is
usefully revised through project work.

Worksheets :- each day two or three worksheets with
new vocabulary and grammar will be given as a review
of work covered in class.
Please note
that all children from age 7- 11 will be placed in the
same group. This is a programme designed for a mixed
ability/age group
Kids Club is conveniently held at the
same time as the adult GE20 / GE30 programmes and so is ideal
when booking
Family Language courses.
